UV-Protective Finishing Agent for Enhanced Sunlight Resistance

UV-Protective Finishing Agent is a functional textile chemical formulated with electron donors, electron acceptors, and antioxidants to effectively block and absorb ultraviolet (UV) rays. Designed for use on cellulosic fibers and protein fibers, it significantly enhances the UV resistance of textiles, providing improved protection against sun damage and extending the durability and appearance of finished fabrics.

Formulated with high-concentration nano UV blocking agents and polymer film-forming agents, this efficient anti-UV finishing agent forms a stable transparent protective layer on the fiber surface. It effectively blocks UVA/UVB radiation, significantly enhancing the fabric’s UPF rating, while maintaining fabric hand feel, breathability, and color. The treatment is wash-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and heat-stable.Padding Method (for fabric mills / tenter frame): 10 – 30 g/L

Exhaust Method (for garment dyeing / laundry): 1.0% – 3.0% (o.w.f)

3. Does not affect the color, strength, moisture absorption, or breathability of the fabric. Does not alter fabric texture or color.

Exhaust method (for garment dyeing / laundry): 2.0% – 4.0% (o.w.f)

Significantly enhances the light fastness of various fabrics, especially dark and bright-colored fabrics, reducing fading and yellowing caused by light and heat exposure. Extends the durability of fabric color. The treated fabric offers improved wash and light resistance, prevents yellowing, maintains its original hand feel and color, and prolongs the service life of clothing and textiles.Padding Process: 10 – 30 g/L

(For high light fastness requirements / dark fabrics: 30 – 50 g/L)

Exhaust Process (dye bath / overflow): 2% – 4% (o.w.f.)
