Leveling Agent

Leveling Agent

Low-Foaming Dispersant for High-Temperature Polyester Dyeing

Leveling Agent is a water-soluble polyester resin with excellent dispersing and leveling performance. Specially designed for high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing of polyester and blended fabrics, it ensures uniform dye dispersion, prevents color unevenness and defects, and enhances dyeing reproducibility.

Superior Leveling Ability – Promotes even dyeing, reduces dyeing time and energy consumption, and improves overall production efficiency.

High-Temperature Stability – Prevents dye agglomeration, color spots, and fabric contamination.

Excellent Migration Performance – Ensures smooth color transition, avoiding streaks, barre, and uneven shades.

Enhanced Dyeing Quality – Delivers high color yield, pure shades, and vivid colors.

Additional Benefits – Provides mild anti-wrinkle effects for dense or heavy fabrics.

Acid Leveling Agent MX-535Appearance: Pale yellow transparent liquid
Ionization: Anionic
pH (1% aqueous solution): 6.0–8.0
Solubility: Readily soluble in water

1. Excellent leveling effect: Slows initial dye uptake to prevent uneven coloration
2. Strong migration ability: Corrects existing shade variations (stains, stripes)
3. Uniform dyeing: Eliminates shade variations (side-to-center, front-back, depth differences)
4. Acid-resistant: Stable in acidic baths without color fading or shade shifting
5. Eco-friendly: APEO-free, meets global export compliance

Pad-batch dyeing: 0.5–2.0 g/L
Dosage adjustment: Increased for dark/difficult-to-dye fibers

Acid Releasing Agent

MX-2108

Appearance:

Colorless transparent liquid

Ionicity:

Non-ionic

pH (1% aq. sol.):

4.0 – 6.0

Solubility:

Easily soluble in water

1. Gradual Acid Release: Slowly releases acidic components as temperature rises, ensuring a smooth and steady drop in bath pH without localized over-acidification or sudden pH crashes.

2. Excellent Leveling: Reduces the initial dyeing rate to prevent uneven dyeing, white specks, and shading variations, significantly improving uniformity.

3. Strong Compatibility: Resistant to hard water and electrolytes; compatible with various acid dyes, cationic dyes, and leveling agents.

4. Eco-Friendly & Safe: Free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, APEO, and other restricted substances, complying with environmental standards for textile dyeing.
