Denim Vintage Overdyeing Modifier

MX-573

Appearance: Colorless transparent viscous liquid

Ionic : Cationic

pH : 6.0 – 7.0 (1% solution)

Solubility: Easily soluble in water

Significantly enhances the adsorption and uniformity of overdye dyes on denim fabrics, optimizing dyeing results. Ensures a more natural, uniform, and layered vintage overdye effect. Effectively addresses issues such as uneven dyeing, color variation, light dye uptake, and poor fastness. Imparts a classic, retro, and vintage visual aesthetic to denim.Denim washing machine

Dosage: 2 – 4 g/L

Pre-modification treatment of all 100% cotton denim and polyester/cotton denim for overdyeing.
Dyeing Enhancement Modifier

MX-561

Appearance: Yellow transparent viscous liquid

Ionic: Cationic

pH : 5.5 – 7.5 (1% solution)

Solubility: Easily soluble in wate

This product is a high-performance reactive cationic modifier. Utilizing polymer grafting technology, it imparts cationic properties to the fiber surface, significantly altering its surface charge characteristics. This enhances the adsorption capacity for anionic dyes, leading to high dye uptake, excellent leveling, and improved color fastness. It also enhances the economic efficiency of the dyeing process.Exhaust dyeing process (bath/padding)

Dosage: 1.5% – 4.0% (o.w.f)

Cationic pretreatment for dyeing cotton, linen, viscose, modal, and their blended fabrics. Particularly suitable for mid-to-high-end fabrics requiring high color fastness and high dye uptake.
