Eco-Friendly Direct Dyes are high-performance colorants specially formulated for machine-washed and dried garments, as well as a wide range of natural and regenerated fibers—including cotton, linen, artificial silk, spun rayon, cashmere, and silk. For Deep Shades: The dosage may be increased appropriately.

Replacement: Can replace 10–20 g/L of soda ash (Na₂CO₃).

2. Continuous Padding / Cold Pad-Batch Process

Dosage: 2–10 g/L

1. Powerful Anti-Crease & Anti-Wrinkle: Significantly reduces chicken-foot marks, dead folds, scratches, and press marks.

Exhaust Process (Overflow / Jet Machine)

 

Dosage: 0.5–1.5 g/L (For easily wrinkled fabrics: 1.0–2.0 g/L)

 

Application: Add after fabric loading and before heating up for dyeing.
